JCG Vice Principal Toni Rollo awarded National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)
After an 18 month programme, Miss Toni Rollo was awarded the nationally recognised NPQH qualification which provides recognition of leadership development and professional achievement in preparation for headship. Carl Howarth Principal stated: ‘We are delighted that Miss Rollo has been successful in gaining this qualification; it is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism that she brings to the College each day and I am certain that this will enhance her practice and enrich the College in future.’ Miss Rollo joined JCG in September 2000 as a Maths teacher, during her career at the College she has worked as Head of Careers, Head of Sixth Form, Assistant Headteacher before being appointed as Vice Principal in September 2016.
