Carl Howarth, Principal, stated: “We are so proud of the academic success of our GCSE students. Their work ethic, determination and intellectual aspiration, the care, ability and dedication of our staff and the love, support and encouragement of their parents, have ensured our brilliant young women have achieved brilliant GCSE results.
“These results demonstrate a depth and breadth of academic excellence and place the College in the top 4% of all UK schools. In terms of grades, 60% of all grades were at the very highest band of Grade 9 -7, 83% Grade 9 - 6, 96% Grade 9 - 5 (good pass) and an overall pass rate, Grade 9 - 4, of 99%.
“More importantly, these young women are good, kind, caring, fearless and ambitious to make the world better. Such things cannot be reduced to a grade but are shown through character.”
